What can I use this training for?

Reaction, coordination, conditioning, timing, and staying consistent with your training. Most people use it as part of their warm-up, a quick standalone session, or as a finisher after strength work.

It’s also surprisingly good for blowing off steam. Consider it a bonus.

Do I need boxing experience?

Not at all. Everything we offer is beginner-friendly, but still useful if you’ve boxed before.

You don’t need perfect technique on day one. You just need to start. The sharpness comes with time.

How does shipping work?
